01 · What we collect
A handle, an email, a timestamp.
When you reserve a handle we store exactly three things: the handle you chose, the email you gave us, and when you did it. That is the entire record. No name, no phone number, no social profiles, no location.
02 · What it’s used for
Holding your handle and one email.
Your email exists to send you a single sign-in link on launch day and to prove the handle is yours. We don’t send newsletters, we don’t sell or rent the list, and we don’t share it with advertisers — before or after launch.
03 · What we never collect
✕ Card numbers — payment happens at the retailer, never here.
✕ Shopper identities — your followers browse and buy without an account, and we don’t track who they are.
✕ Data to resell — we are not in the audience business.
04 · Where it lives
One database, standard encryption.
Reservations sit in a managed database with encryption in transit and at rest, accessible only to the people building Plugfolio. Our hosting providers process the data on our behalf and nothing more.
05 · Your rights
Change it or delete it, any time.
Reserve again with the same email to change your handle. To see, correct, or delete your record, email
support@plugfolio.com from the address you signed up with — deletion is permanent and usually done within days, not weeks.
06 · Changes & contact
If this page changes, the date changes.
When Plugfolio launches properly, this policy will grow to cover the product — and we’ll say so here first. Questions in the meantime:
